      The USGBC Gulf Coast chapter is releasing a white paper on solar energy on March 27th. Solar energy providers, installers, and educators will be on hand to answer questions regarding the technology, system requirements, costs, etc. Plus, the City of Houston will be announcing a ong-awated incentive program for Houston!
