      Dear Potential Science Fair Judge,

We hope you will accept our invitation to be a judge this year at our Seabrook Intermediate & Science Magnet Science Fair.   Our Science Fair this year is on Monday, Dec. 6th.  If you can attend, please plan on arriving here around 8:45 am, it will run until after lunch.  Breakfast will be provided (fruit, doughnuts, juice and coffee) along with Lunch by Neptune Subs.

The 6th grade projects will not have the students to interview.  You will be judging their project boards and log books only. The 7th and 8th graders will be judged together and the students will be present with their projects. We do it this way to remain consistent with the judging at the CCISD District Fair and the Science and Engineering Fair of Houston.

If you are available to be a judge,  please reply to my email at pdewberr@... so I can put your name on the list. Also, please let me know if you have a student in the fair.  Some of you have already contacted me, if you would respond again to this to confirm you are still available I would be very appreciative.

As the date draws closer I will be sending out a follow-up email with more information on it.

If you know of additional members of our professional science community, please feel free to forward this email request.

Thank you for supporting our science fair.
