I am sorry, but 25K to 32K is not affordable. That is almost double the
cost of a Toyota Corrona, which almost matches an electric car on

- Not until the likes of Exxon Mobil release their bought -up rights on batteries will the electric car be viable, it is just that simple. Let's see if we get any feedback from the very people who have this technology locked up in their basement shall we? Perhaps at no other time has there been an administration willing to take the"not so popular" stance regarding what "business" should do against what is truly "needed" in our country right now.I think it was Sue's article on GM and Chevron who are likely components to the Nickel-battery dilemma too. Without the longer lasting and better technology of these batteries we will be waiting....and waiting. One hundred years ago the beginings of the automobile industry, autos ran on everything.
