RE: [hr100] San Juan Web Cams
- Thanks, Charlie. The only problem is. I'm not sure on a clear day I want to
see either Rick or John. ;-)

Subject: [hr100] San Juan Web Cams
This is the time of year when we all start to wonder what the San
Juan snow looks like. There are a number of web cams out there that
show the conditions. I've selected some that you can go to for the
real time look.
Ouray from way up high: http://www.dickgilb
My all time favorite web cam. On a clear day you can see Rick Trujillo.
Telluride from the Top of Lift 9:
I think it's looking into Wasatch Basin now but they rotate the cam
every so often.
Sneffels Range south from Montrose (on a clear day you can see John
Dunton Hot Springs near Rico, south of the Wilsons:
This one may take a long time to load.
Durango Mountain, about MP 50 on US 550:
This web site has assembled many more Colorado cams. I used it to
focus in on those above: http://www.dickgilb
Finally, Silverton Mountain ski has a site (but no cam) with photos
and snow conditions about 5 miles up Cement Creek from Silverton:
I have no financial interest, blaaa blaaa blaaa........
