Right at the park where the aid station is located is the hot springs
swimming pool. If you arrive in Ouray at the right time, the pool will be
open and the pool has shower facilities. Unfortunately, you'll probably
pass through Ouray in the middle of the night so you'll be out of luck. I
don't know the hours that the pool is open.

In the spirit of Hardrock, you should forget the shower anyway and just go
for a swim while crossing the river 2 miles before the aid station. It's
about waist deep so it won't take much to get the other half wet. Of
course the water is about 35 degrees so you won't be wasting too much time
floating around. Also, make sure you don't float down stream, you might
get carried over the dam in the waterfall.
