Below is the Silverton Colorado snowfall updated to April Fool's Day.
Seasonal Silverton snowfall nearly doubled during March. The San Juan
Mountain snowpack also dramatically inproved during March. Depending on
the basin, reported (as of April 10, 2000) snowpack is from about 65% to
      88% of normal.

I was in Silverton over the weekend and there is plenty of snow on north
facing slopes while the sunny slopes are sometimes bare up to tree line.
Because of the plentiful sunshine and warm temperatures over the weekend,
the snow was very soft and melting rapidly. The Coal Bank snow gauge
showed just under 4 feet of snow.

I hope to see you all up for the Hardrock Hundred.
