Delicious meal of kenyan traditional vegetables
- My selected recipe today is;
Crotolaria (miroo-luyha) and jute with boiled milk (contributed by
1 Kg crotalaria leaces, 1 tbsp salt, 1/2 kg jute leaves, 1 tb sp
traditional salt,1/2 liter water, 1/2 litre fresh milk/.
Remove the crotalaria and jute leaves from the stems and discard the

The preparation yields from four to six medium portions and is best
served with Ugali.
This meal is particularly helpful to HIV/AIDS patients, and it helps
boost appetite besides it's nutritive value.
