Subject: [Kptj-communications] Kenyans for Haiti - You CAN do something!Dear All,I had posted an email asking for ideas on how we can be part of the global effort to help our Haiti brothers and sisters in this difficult time. Evidenced by the tonnes of email responses and conversations, many of us would definitely like to do something. The good news is that our very own Kenya Red Cross in conjuction with Safaricom has set up a Haiti support fund where we can send MPESA of any amount. Africa, we receive so much help from other people, we should not fence-sit on this critical issue claiming we are too poor and can't help. We are definitely in a much better position than the devasted population of Haiti. This is an opportunity to show African generosity and we must file up to be counted. Please send your generous contribution to MPESA number 508000 ( You can verify with Safaricom and Kenya Red Cross directly).Sincerely,George Nyongesa
