Re: [hockeydisk] 1972 disk done
- Speaking of the Scheduler program posted here, I can't seem to get it to work correctly. I can create a schedule but because I have two divisions, it only creates a schedule for the one division. It does not allow me to select the second division. After running a season, division A has 80 games whiile division B only has 32 games played.
I have another question for those of you who create data disks. If as in this case I am creating what is essentially a league that didnt really exist, is it important to load something into the actual team records?
Thank you :)

Here is a safe copy bud....We need to talk about these old disks. Dave A and I have been working out some systems with testing similar to what the current disks go through. We have one done 70-71 and are working on 71-72BTW, where are you going stats from? Alot of it is not available much of anywhereOn Thu, Feb 14, 2013 at 9:54 AM, <Fotiu22Fan@...> wrote:[Attachment(s) from Fotiu22Fan@... included below]Gentlemen,
I have completed 1972 NHL (1972-73 NHL season). It is attached and on my dropbox site. I have also moved the Russian file directly into the hockey file, if you are looking for the Russian ratings. If anyone wants an invite for dropbox, just email me directly at Fotiu22Fan@...
I am starting work on 1973 NHL very soon, if anyone has suggestions for changing ratings for any disks from 1973 to 1979, please email me directly.
Also, anyone using the program Scheduler MFC Application 1998 ? Since switching from Windows XP to Windows 7 my version will not work, error shows missing file MSVCP50.dll but when I search for the file on the internet most sites say it is not safe to download, that it needs to come from the program? Any advice from a computer specialist would be appreciated.

What version are you using? On Mon, Apr 29, 2013 at 8:11 PM, David Gowdey <dgowdey2@...> wrote:Guys I am trying to update a few players for their #'s for the current season through APBA Commissioner and I'm getting messages of either "Runtime error '6': Overflow", or "Division by 0", if I try to reset the Penalty Ratings. Does anyone know why this would be happening? Is it somehow related to my not being able to run Statdump to get stats for this season's players? I can only use Regrep. Many thanks for any help- Dave G / WHL

It does not appear to be possible.

Which one did you use?
I was able to rate the non_NHL players thanks to a website that has scouting reports on nearly every player in the world. I am sure the disk is no where near perfect as the seasons put out by the group here but I ran a few test runs and the stats came out really good. I am attaching. Would love constructive feedback.
