Hi everyone - there is a lecture tonight on the topic of tearing down the I-10 loop. Obviously, this is something that would greatly affect our neighborhood!

For anyone interested, find flyers and a summary below for the Gentilly, French Quarter and Arts District presentations that will be a part of the New Orleans DPZ planning effort.  We are currently also working in St. Bernard (they will be an event there tonight at 5:30).

John Norquist (Congress for the New Urbanism) will be lecturing tonight (November 1, 8:00 PM) on the tremendous economic and cultural advantages that would accompany a potential teardown of the lower loop of the I-10 highway.

Please note there are two studio locations - one for Gentilly/Norquist and one for Arts/Quarter!

      Please, come!
