        That's a date/time sensor (probably a RTGR328N or simular).  

        CM119/CM180 are type 0x5A length 17 (0x11) subtype=1 (CM119/160) or subtype=2 (CM180) and those are the only energy sensors currently recognized.

        Set 
        DISPLAY_RAW_RF ALL
        DISPLAY_RF_RXLVL YES
        and make sure you do NOT have any sensors ignored with ORE_IGNORE
        and look for messages of above type, i.e. something starting with  11 5A 0? ....
