Thank for your response to Trejo, but I am not right of that you will to speak.



For me, the problem of constitution of Content is a logical-metaphysical problem; the Actual is a moment of constitution of Content, its formation. In Hegel�s Logic, the Actual is the act of the position of speculative Concept (the Concept posed as I, subjectivity, etc.), as not only posed, but consummate within itself. This speculative Concept require be determinate, thus it is unfolded to Objectivity and to Idea (as reality of the concept). And finally, to absolute Idea.



In Philosophy of Right, the Actual has been showing as not consummate within itself, but in his particularity as �pure reflection into itself� and process of actualization of this �pure reflection into itself�. That is, in Philosophy of Right, the concept of right and his actualization as development of the Idea of right is a logical-ontological exemplification of categoryal movement of Actuality in Hegel�s Logic. In next mail, I return to it.



I want still to comment paragraphs 6 and 7 of Hegel�s Philosophy of Right for you. But I am not having time, my time in last days is whole for correction of exams of my students. I return.
