Summer is almost over and the pool will be closing soon. Does anyone want to plan a playdate at the pool?
The hours are 10-5, and 5:15 to 7, W-F. Then only 12-5 on the weekends.
Price is $5 for adults, and 3 for kids. But you can get a punch card that drops the price, and the punch card is good next year if you don't use it this year.
The pool has a zero entry which is good for little ones. They are pretty loose on the slide, it says 48", but they let Katherine go and she is 47". AND, they will let you put a child in your lap as well.
I think the pool closes on the 14th.

Walsenburg Wild Waters is pretty cool too. They have a large playscape in the middle, zero entry, a little lazy river, lots of shade, and a big water slide. However, they are very strict on the water slide- 48", no exceptions.
The price is 7 for adults and 6 for kids, but you can get 4 tickets for 2.75 at the home shopping show on the radio, kcrt, 719-846-3355
      Houre are 10-8, thurs-sun.
They will be closed on Thursdays beginning August 26th as school starts that week. They will remain open Friday through Sunday and will be open Monday, September 6th on Labor Day weekend.

Does anyone know the hours on the fountain by the park in town?
