Jeff, thanks for looking into these bulk mail issues. Please post what you
found out as soon as you have the answers.

Bruce: How are things going with getting the flyer printed up on "bright and
light" paper? Will it be ready by next Saturday? Will they tri-fold for
      us?

Next Sunday is only 6 days away! Assuming we have everything in order, we
were thinking of trying to get together in Daly City "before" the hardbat
Fest to start working on the mailing, so that we don't cut too far into our
      actual playing time!

One further question that I think was raised earlier: do we need to have the
flyers arranged in zip-code order to be eligible for bulk rate?

      Al

I left a message with "Ernie" the bulk mail specialist at SF branch,
but still have not received a return call.

As for the zip codes, I am pretty certain that they have to be in
order. I will ask again to verify. I hope the mailing labels are in
zip code order. If not, any takers to put 3,000 pieces of mail in
          numerical order?

          -Jeff
