The editorial in the Atlantic Coastal kayaker, April 2006 contains
Ken (Fink) and Doug Simpson, owner of Feathercraft Kayaks, attempted
a huge paddling trip from Marquesas through the rest of French
Polynesia with several crossings of 50 to 260 miles in length. They
married two feathercraft hulls into a kayak catamaran and put up to
four sails onto these to allow 24 hour sailing/paddling and sleeping
by suspending a Hennessey Hammock between two masts.
Sounds like an article will be forthcoming.
Interesting use of a Hennessey.
