      the cell phone is a 6 volt    the grundig radio is 3 volt    and the  dinotte bicycle lite is 1.5 volt         i was hoping that i could strap the foldable solar panel on top of one of my panniers while biking through the mts.

      you'll have to be more specific. what is the voltage and amperage(or
      wattage) of the devices you need to charge, how long to charge them
      and how often. also where will you be using the charger, parked at a
      sunny campsite, or walking through a rainforest? and what time of year
