      Julie, I used to use Salt Stick as my preferred electrolyte replacement, but found I got stomach issues when I had to take them over a long race.  They have some calcium, magnesium, and B vitamins (I think), and those ingredients can make for an unhappy gut.  Have you used S Caps before?
