      DEATHS

      BAPTISTE - On Wednesday, October 27, 1948, at his residence, Nabaclis, East Coast, Demerara, JAMES, husband of Matilda, father of Felix (Station-master at Buxton), Robert, (Balata Bleeder at Horetown), Holmes, Clarice Eliza and Gertie.

      The funeral will remove from the house of mourning - Nabaclis, E. C. Demerara – at 4.00 p.m., today.

      Relatives and friends are asked to accept this intimation.

      NILES - On Wednesday, October 27, 1948 at her parents’ residence, 10 First Street, Albert town, KATHRYN ELIZABETH (Betty), the youngest daughter of Mr. and Mrs. J. J. Niles.

      WOO - On Sunday, December 12, 1948, to ELSIE and SYDNEY of 29, Third Avenue, Subryanville, E. C. Demerara. A brother for LESTER.
