This is By Faith Study Part 2.

Acts 20
19Serving the LORD with all humility of mind, and with many
tears, and temptations, which befell me by the lying in wait of the
Jews:
20And how I kept back nothing that was profitable unto you, but
have shewed you, and have taught you publicly, and from house to
house,
21Testifying both to the Jews, and also to the Greeks, repentance
toward God, and faith toward our Lord Jesus Christ.
This is what we do, we are a witness unto those who come into
contact with us. Jesus lives in us. The outside world can't help but
notice that we are different from them. The light of God shines
forth from us. The whole world lies in wickedness. The world is in
darkness and we are in the light. The light of God is in us. Shines
forth out of us and the people around us are bound to notice the
light that is in us. We can't help but be a witness.

32And now, brethren, I commend you to God, and to the word of his
grace, which is able to build you up, and to give you an inheritance
among all them which are sanctified.
This is my prayer for every one of you.

It is the word of God's Grace that builds us up. Yes, we do have an
inheritance in heaven just waiting for us when we get there. We are
sanctified we are set apart fro this world and the things of this
world.

2 Peter 1
1Simon Peter, a servant and an apostle of Jesus Christ, to them
that have obtained like precious faith with us through the
righteousness of God and our Saviour Jesus Christ:
2Grace and peace be multiplied unto you through the knowledge of
God, and of Jesus our Lord,
3According as his divine power hath given unto us all things that
pertain unto life and godliness, through the knowledge of him that
hath called us to glory and virtue:
These things that belong to us are ours. There is nothing that we
have to do in order to get them. These things are all ready ours.
All we have to do is to find out what is already ours then
appropriate them into our lives. People don't go beyond their
knowledge. It is good to find out what is yours, What belongs to
you. Once you find out what is true of you and what belongs to you,
you will start acting like it's yours. A person won't start acting
like it's theirs if they don't know that it is. You are everything
that God says that you are. You have everything that God says that
you have. You are everything that the Word of God says you are in
Christ. Grace and peace has been multiplied unto you and me through
the knowledge of Jesus Christ. More we get into the Word of God the
more peace and knowledge we will get.

4Whereby are given unto us exceeding great and precious promises:
that by these ye might be partakers of the divine nature, having
escaped the corruption that is in the world through lust.
5And beside this, giving all diligence, add to your faith virtue;
and to virtue knowledge;
6And to knowledge temperance; and to temperance patience; and to
patience godliness;
7And to godliness brotherly kindness; and to brotherly kindness
charity.
8For if these things be in you, and abound, they make you that ye
shall neither be barren nor unfruitful in the knowledge of our Lord
Jesus Christ.
We now have the divine nature now that we are born again. We are a
new creation. Old things have all passed away and all things have
become new.
Our old nature we do not have anymore. The person that we used to be
we are not anymore. The Lord has redeemed us. We are no longer apart
of this world. We have already been judged in the person of Jesus
Christ. We will not be judged with this world. Only those people who
did not get saved will be judged. We have all called on the name of
the Lord Jesus Christ and we are all saved. We stand our ground
against all the wiles of the devil. We stand firm in faith. We take
our ground by faith. We are diligent in faith which adds to our
faith virtue.
9But he that lacketh these things is blind, and cannot see afar
off, and hath forgotten that he was purged from his old sins.
10Wherefore the rather, brethren, give diligence to make your
calling and election sure: for if ye do these things, ye shall never
fall:
We see that we have died in the person of Jesus Christ. Our old self
is dead. We have died in t he person of Jesus Christ. We are dead
with Christ. We are dead to sin. So we do not live any longer in
sin. We are dead to sin and sin is dead to us.
Acts 22
16And now why tarriest thou? arise, and be baptized, and wash
away thy sins, calling on the name of the Lord.
This is what we all did as soon as we heard the gospel of our
salvation. This is what everyone who gets saved does. We do this by
faith.
Psalm 118
1O give thanks unto the LORD; for he is good: because his mercy
endureth for ever.
4Let them now that fear the LORD say, that his mercy endureth for
ever.
This is what we say for this comes forth from our heart.
5I called upon the LORD in distress: the LORD answered me, and
set me in a large place.
6The LORD is on my side; I will not fear: what can man do unto
me?
7The LORD taketh my part with them that help me: therefore shall
I see my desire upon them that hate me.
8It is better to trust in the LORD than to put confidence in man.
9It is better to trust in the LORD than to put confidence in
princes.
Our faith is in the Lord. It is the Lord who comes to our rescue.
The Lord is on our side. The Lord is One Who fights our battles.
14The LORD is my strength and song, and is become my salvation
The Lord has redeemed us. He saved us by the work of identification
and substitution. Our redemption is a complete redemption. We are
totally redeemed from the devil. The Lord is literally our
salvation. The Lord is our savior.
15The voice of rejoicing and salvation is in the tabernacles of the
righteous: the right hand of the LORD doeth valiantly.
16The right hand of the LORD is exalted: the right hand of the
LORD doeth valiantly.
Jesus Christ is the right hand of the Lord. The Lord being the
Heavenly Father. Our salvation was gotten by Jesus Christ. Jesus
died our death for us. He became us on the cross. It was just as
though we were on the cross and died. We were buried with Jesus
Christ. When Jesus Christ was raised from the dead we were raised
from the dead, A brand new person from t he old person who we used
to be who died. When Jesus was made alive so were we. When Jesus was
made righteous guess what? So were we! We are no longer who we used
to be. That person is dead and buried. We are a brand new person
alive unto God, A whole brand new start in life. We are no longer in
bondage to the devil. We have been loosed from the devil's camp. We
have been loosed from all the old hang-ups and baggage that went
along with being in slavery to the devil. We are now free for Jesus
Who is the Son of God has set us free so we are free indeed.
2 Peter 3
8But, beloved, be not ignorant of this one thing, that one day is
with the Lord as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day.
9The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count
slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any
should perish, but that all should come to repentance.
Salvation is what life on earth is about with the Lord. The Lord
doesn't want for anyone to die and go to hell. This is why He died
for all mankind so that no one would have to go there. God leaves
the decision up to every individual. God does not force anyone to do
anything that they do not want to do. The devil is one who does
that. This is why God leaves the decision to every individual. The
reason why the Lord is slack as some people call slackness, Is for
salvation, To give people an opportunity to get saved. God doesn't
want for people to go to hell. People get themselves there. By
rejecting the Lord Who bought them. It is a shame for anyone to go
to hell because they haven't heard the Gospel. We have an obligation
to witness to people. We were given the opportunity to hear the
message of our salvation. We got saved. Other people need to get
this opportunity too. Jesus died for them too! We need to have a
burden for the lost. We need to be spending some time witnessing to
people, For the time so short.
10But the day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night; in
the which the heavens shall pass away with a great noise, and the
elements shall melt with fervent heat, the earth also and the works
that are therein shall be burned up.
11Seeing then that all these things shall be dissolved, what
manner of persons ought ye to be in all holy conversation and
godliness,
12Looking for and hasting unto the coming of the day of God,
wherein the heavens being on fire shall be dissolved, and the
elements shall melt with fervent heat?
We are so close to the return of the Lord. The tribulation period is
just so close. All the signs are here. But this is a whole study all
by itself. If there was ever a time have a burden for the lost it is
now, So many in the valley of decision. People are at the pinnacle
crossroads of their lives. They need to hear the Gospel of Jesus
Christ. This world and those in authority are not making it any
easier to preach the Word. To get people saved. The devil knows his
time is almost up. When the devil got the dominion of this earth off
of Adam & Eve there was a time limit on it. God had placed a time
limit on it. The devil knows that this time limit is about to
expire. He knows that the gig is almost up. So he is furious trying
to oppose god and the people of God. Not wanting for the Gospel of
Jesus Christ to go forth. Not wanting for people to get saved. The
devil doesn't want for people to get loosed from his grip. We need
to be witnessing all the more. Get as many people saved before it's
too late. We need to get as many people out of the grip of the devil
as possible. The Word of God is what will get the people free. The
Word of God going forth. It is hearing the Word, the Word of God.
That will get a person saved. Speak the Word, the Word of God. Signs
and miracles will follow you. God is not a respecter of persons. No
one is exempt here. Everyone is needed and included here. Just think
if everyone who has called on the name of the Lord was witnessing
speaking the Word of God to those around them. There would be a
revival like we have never seen before. This world would be a
different place. We would chase the devil and the demons out of this
earth. There would be no place for them to go to here on earth.
There would be no place to operate from if every Christian were
using the authority that they have been given by the Lord. Using the
name of Jesus, Standing their ground. Speaking the Word of God and
witnessing to those around them. There would be a whole new
complexity in this world. It is the Word of God that saves people.
We got saved once we heard the Word of God. Others too will get
saved by hearing the Word of God. Speak the Word, the Word of God
and watch God at work.
10But the day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night; in
the which the heavens shall pass away with a great noise, and the
elements shall melt with fervent heat, the earth also and the works
that are therein shall be burned up.
11Seeing then that all these things shall be dissolved, what

We stand our ground by faith. We keep in the faith. We are not
swayed by this world. Nor by the things of this world. We keep our
eyes on the Lord. We do not look to the left nor to the right. For
we know that we are right at this time that is being talked about
here. This day could be any time. If there was ever a time to be
serving the Lord it is now!
Psalm 119
1Blessed are the undefiled in the way, who walk in the law of the
LORD.
2Blessed are they that keep his testimonies, and that seek him
with the whole heart.
3They also do no iniquity: they walk in his ways.
This is us born again Christians. We are blessed in all that we do.
Our way is undefiled because we are washed with the blood of the
Lamb of God. Jesus has made us the righteousness of God in Christ
Jesus. So are born again not of corruptible seed but incorruptible
seed by the Word of God. Jesus is the Word and Jesus lives in us.
The Word of God lives in us so we walk in the light of the Word. We
are blessed we keep His testimonies for His testimonies lives in us.
11Thy word have I hid in mine heart, that I might not sin against
thee.
12Blessed art thou, O LORD: teach me thy statutes.
13With my lips have I declared all the judgments of thy mouth.
14I have rejoiced in the way of thy testimonies, as much as in
all riches.
15I will meditate in thy precepts, and have respect unto thy
ways.
16I will delight myself in thy statutes: I will not forget thy
word.
All this has already been accomplished by the new birth and the new
creation. Jesus is the Word and Jesus the Word of god lives in us.
The new birth the new creation accomplishes all this. When David
spoke this he was waiting for Jesus to come and accomplish this.
Jesus hadn't yet come. This is not so for us for Jesus has come.
129Thy testimonies are wonderful: therefore doth my soul keep them.
130The entrance of thy words giveth light; it giveth
understanding unto the simple.
131I opened my mouth, and panted: for I longed for thy
commandments.
132Look thou upon me, and be merciful unto me, as thou usest to
do unto those that love thy name.
133Order my steps in thy word: and let not any iniquity have
dominion over me.
134Deliver me from the oppression of man: so will I keep thy
precepts.
135Make thy face to shine upon thy servant; and teach me thy
statutes.
Our steps are ordered by the Lord. Iniquity doesn't have dominion
over us. We have been authority over iniquity and over all the power
of darkness. We have been given the name of Jesus. We have been
given the power of attorney to use the name of Jesus. So iniquity is
under our feet. The Lord's face is shining upon us and we are taught
all of God's ways. For God lives in us.
1 John 2
1My little children, these things write I unto you, that ye sin
not. And if any man sin, we have an advocate with the Father, Jesus
Christ the righteous:
2And he is the propitiation for our sins: and not for ours only,
but also for the sins of the whole world.
When Jesus ascended, into heaven He sat down on the right hand of
God. Jesus is there for us. Jesus is our advocate and our mediator.
We pray to the Heavenly Father through the name of Jesus. Jesus is
the propitiation for our sins and the sins of the whole world.
4He that saith, I know him, and keepeth not his commandments, is
a liar, and the truth is not in him.
5But whoso keepeth his word, in him verily is the love of God
perfected: hereby know we that we are in him.
6He that saith he abideth in him ought himself also so to walk,
even as he walked.
We are to keep His Word for His Word is life unto us! In keeping the
word of God is the love of God perfected in us. By the keeping of
His word we know that we are in Him. We know that we are in Him by
the fact that the Word says that whosoever calls on the name of the
Lord is saved. We called on the name of the Lord so we are saved. We
know that whosoever is saved is in Christ. We know that we are saved
so we know that we are in Christ. We know this by faith.
14I have written unto you, fathers, because ye have known him that
is from the beginning. I have written unto you, young men, because
ye are strong, and the word of God abideth in you, and ye have
overcome the wicked one.
15Love not the world, neither the things that are in the world.
If any man love the world, the love of the Father is not in him.
16For all that is in the world, the lust of the flesh, and the
lust of the eyes, and the pride of life, is not of the Father, but
is of the world.
17And the world passeth away, and the lust thereof: but he that
doeth the will of God abideth for ever.
We have died with Jesus Christ and our life is hid with Christ I
God. We seek those things which are above and not the things which
are on the earth. Our treasures are in heaven not here on the earth.
We do not love the world, nor the things that are in the world. We
seek to do the Heavenly Father's will and we abide forever.
20But ye have an unction from the Holy One, and ye know all things
The Holy Spirit lives in us and teaches us all things that pertain
unto life and godliness.
23Whosoever denieth the Son, the same hath not the Father: he that
acknowledgeth the Son hath the Father also.
24Let that therefore abide in you, which ye have heard from the
beginning. If that which ye have heard from the beginning shall
remain in you, ye also shall continue in the Son, and in the Father.
25And this is the promise that he hath promised us, even eternal
life.
We have the Son Who is Jesus Christ so we have the Heavenly Father
too. We acknowledge the Son so we acknowledge the Heavenly Father
too. We have been [promised eternal life. We know that we have
eternal life. We know so because we have been promised it. We know
so by faith.
26These things have I written unto you concerning them that
seduce you.
27But the anointing which ye have received of him abideth in you,
and ye need not that any man teach you: but as the same anointing
teacheth you of all things, and is truth, and is no lie, and even as
it hath taught you, ye shall abide in him.
The anointing abides in us because the Holy Spirit abides in us.
Nobody needs to teach us anything because God Himself teaches us.
28And now, little children, abide in him; that, when he shall
appear, we may have confidence, and not be ashamed before him at his
coming.
29If ye know that he is righteous, ye know that every one that
doeth righteousness is born of him.
We are born of God and we are the righteousness of God in Christ
Jesus. We can't help but act righteous because we are righteous.
Psalm 121
1I will lift up mine eyes unto the hills, from whence cometh my
help.
2My help cometh from the LORD, which made heaven and earth.
3He will not suffer thy foot to be moved: he that keepeth thee
will not slumber.
4Behold, he that keepeth Israel shall neither slumber nor sleep.
5The LORD is thy keeper: the LORD is thy shade upon thy right
hand.
6The sun shall not smite thee by day, nor the moon by night.
7The LORD shall preserve thee from all evil: he shall preserve
thy soul.
8The LORD shall preserve thy going out and thy coming in from
this time forth, and even for evermore.
The Lord is our help. We know that our help comes from the Lord. It
is the Lord who keeps us alive. It is the Lord that protects us.
1 John 3
1Behold, what manner of love the Father hath bestowed upon us,
that we should be called the sons of God: therefore the world
knoweth us not, because it knew him not.
2Beloved, now are we the sons of God, and it doth not yet appear
what we shall be: but we know that, when he shall appear, we shall
be like him; for we shall see him as he is.
3And every man that hath this hope in him purifieth himself, even
as he is pure.

We are sons and daughter of God. This is who we are. The Word of God
says so. We believe this. By faith we know that this so.
5And ye know that he was manifested to take away our sins; and in
him is no sin.
6Whosoever abideth in him sinneth not: whosoever sinneth hath not
seen him, neither known him.
Jesus has taken away our sins by becoming our sins. The old person
that we used to be died in Christ. That person doesn't exist any
more. We are a new creation. Created in righteousness and holiness.
7Little children, let no man deceive you: he that doeth
righteousness is righteous, even as he is righteous.
8He that committeth sin is of the devil; for the devil sinneth
from the beginning. For this purpose the Son of God was manifested,
that he might destroy the works of the devil.
9Whosoever is born of God doth not commit sin; for his seed
remaineth in him: and he cannot sin, because he is born of God.
We are born again we are not who we used to be. We are born of the
devine nature. We do not have the nature of sin any more. That
person is dead. That person doesn't exist anymore.
Jesus destroyed the devil for us. When Jesus was raised from the
dead He totlally conquered the devil and his demons. They couldn't
keep Him in hell. Jesus did this for us! Jesus totally destroyed the
works of the devil. People need to know this. This is where we come
in. We are to spread the good News to mankind. To let the lost know
that Jesus is their answer. That Jesus has set them free! That Jesus
has loosed them from the pains of death.
13Marvel not, my brethren, if the world hate you.
14We know that we have passed from death unto life, because we
love the brethren. He that loveth not his brother abideth in death.
15Whosoever hateth his brother is a murderer: and ye know that no
murderer hath eternal life abiding in him.
16Hereby perceive we the love of God, because he laid down his
life for us: and we ought to lay down our lives for the brethren.
17But whoso hath this world's good, and seeth his brother have
need, and shutteth up his bowels of compassion from him, how
dwelleth the love of God in him?
We are now love creatures. Love is not a problem any more. Where we
used to hate not we can love. God is love. We are born of God. God
lives in us so we can't help but love. We are no longer selfish but
we are givers. We give unto others. If it is in our power to give we
give. We do not hold back but we give. We feel refreshed by doing so!
18My little children, let us not love in word, neither in tongue;
but in deed and in truth.
19And hereby we know that we are of the truth, and shall assure
our hearts before him.
20For if our heart condemn us, God is greater than our heart, and
knoweth all things.
21Beloved, if our heart condemn us not, then have we confidence
toward God.
22And whatsoever we ask, we receive of him, because we keep his
commandments, and do those things that are pleasing in his sight.
23And this is his commandment, That we should believe on the name
of his Son Jesus Christ, and love one another, as he gave us
commandment.
24And he that keepeth his commandments dwelleth in him, and he in
him. And hereby we know that he abideth in us, by the Spirit which
he hath given us.
We dwell in God and God dwells in us. We know that God dwells in us
because we have been given the comforter, Who is the Holy Spirit. He
is our Helper as well as our Comforter.
1 John 4
4Ye are of God, little children, and have overcome them: because
greater is he that is in you, than he that is in the world.
5They are of the world: therefore speak they of the world, and
the world heareth them.
6We are of God: he that knoweth God heareth us; he that is not of
God heareth not us. Hereby know we the spirit of truth, and the
spirit of error.
You have overcome. This is not something that is in the future. Even
though it extends unto the future. You have overcome. As soon as you
were born again. As soon a s you were put in Christ. Some people
think that they have to do this and have to do that before they will
ever be able to overcome. It is not based on what we do or on what
we have not done. It is based on what Jesus Christ has done for us.
Jesus overcame for us and we get the benefits for it. Also we
overcome because God lives in us. Everywhere we go God goes too. God
puts us over and causes us to triumph.
7Beloved, let us love one another: for love is of God; and every
one that loveth is born of God, and knoweth God.
8He that loveth not knoweth not God; for God is love.
9In this was manifested the love of God toward us, because that
God sent his only begotten Son into the world, that we might live
through him.
It is God Who first loved us. God sent His only begotten Son to save
us and redeem us. Now we live through Him. We are not alone anymore.
It is God living in us reaching out to the world through us.
10Herein is love, not that we loved God, but that he loved us,
and sent his Son to be the propitiation for our sins.
11Beloved, if God so loved us, we ought also to love one another.
12No man hath seen God at any time. If we love one another, God
dwelleth in us, and his love is perfected in us.
13Hereby know we that we dwell in him, and he in us, because he
hath given us of his Spirit.
14And we have seen and do testify that the Father sent the Son to
be the Saviour of the world.
15Whosoever shall confess that Jesus is the Son of God, God
dwelleth in him, and he in God.
16And we have known and believed the love that God hath to us.
God is love; and he that dwelleth in love dwelleth in God, and God
in him.
17Herein is our love made perfect, that we may have boldness in
the day of judgment: because as he is, so are we in this world.
Such a strong love staggers the heart. God loves each and every one
of us so much. We can't help but live a victorious life now that God
lives in us, Teaching us the way and the path that we should take.
18There is no fear in love; but perfect love casteth out fear:
because fear hath torment. He that feareth is not made perfect in
love.
19We love him, because he first loved us.
It is the love of God that drew us in. It is the love of God that
will draw in the lost today.
Acts 28
24And some believed the things which were spoken, and some
believed not.
25And when they agreed not among themselves, they departed, after
that Paul had spoken one word, Well spake the Holy Ghost by Esaias
the prophet unto our fathers,
26Saying, Go unto this people, and say, Hearing ye shall hear,
and shall not understand; and seeing ye shall see, and not perceive:
27For the heart of this people is waxed gross, and their ears are
dull of hearing, and their eyes have they closed; lest they should
see with their eyes, and hear with their ears, and understand with
their heart, and should be converted, and I should heal them.
28Be it known therefore unto you, that the salvation of God is
sent unto the Gentiles, and that they will hear it.
The Gospel message is to be mixed with faith. It is by faith that a
person is saved or is not saved. The Gospel message is to be mixed
with faith. Faith is the main ingredient. Faith is how the
connection is made. Some of these people had faith in the message of
the Apostle Paul and others didn't. To those who did have faith it
was the salvation of their souls. To those who didn't have faith it
was the damnation of their souls. A person gets saved by faith. A
person believes the Gospel of Jesus Christ once they hear it. They
connect with the message that they hear and say yes this is so! I
believe this. I believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God and He
died for me. Anybody that calls unto the Lord will be saved.
1 John 5
1Whosoever believeth that Jesus is the Christ is born of God: and
every one that loveth him that begat loveth him also that is
begotten of him.
2By this we know that we love the children of God, when we love
God, and keep his commandments.
3For this is the love of God, that we keep his commandments: and
his commandments are not grievous.
4For whatsoever is born of God overcometh the world: and this is
the victory that overcometh the world, even our faith.
5Who is he that overcometh the world, but he that believeth that
Jesus is the Son of God?
We as born again Christians are born of God. We have love for other
born again Christians. For we are begotten of God. We are born of
God so we have overcome the world. The victory of this is our faith.
We live by faith and not by sight. We believe in God. We believe
that Jesus is the Son of God. We are overcomers. We have overcome.
6This is he that came by water and blood, even Jesus Christ; not
by water only, but by water and blood. And it is the Spirit that
beareth witness, because the Spirit is truth.
7For there are three that bear record in heaven, the Father, the
Word, and the Holy Ghost: and these three are one.
8And there are three that bear witness in earth, the Spirit, and
the water, and the blood: and these three agree in one.
10He that believeth on the Son of God hath the witness in
himself: he that believeth not God hath made him a liar; because he
believeth not the record that God gave of his Son.
11And this is the record, that God hath given to us eternal life,
and this life is in his Son.
12He that hath the Son hath life; and he that hath not the Son of
God hath not life.
13These things have I written unto you that believe on the name
of the Son of God; that ye may know that ye have eternal life, and
that ye may believe on the name of the Son of God.
We have the Lord so we have eternal life. We are in Christ so we
have eternal life.
14And this is the confidence that we have in him, that, if we ask
any thing according to his will, he heareth us:
15And if we know that he hear us, whatsoever we ask, we know that
we have the petitions that we desired of him.
We go to the Lord in prayer and we know that God hears us and that
we have our prayers answered as long as we ask according to God's
will. We ask in line with God's Word so we can't go wrong.
20And we know that the Son of God is come, and hath given us an
understanding, that we may know him that is true, and we are in him
that is true, even in his Son Jesus Christ. This is the true God,
and eternal life.
The key to Christianity is the new birth and the new creation. The
fact that we are in Christ. We are more than overcomers. We can't
help but be overcomers for we are in Christ. Jesus Christ has put us
over and Jesus is our surety. Jesus lives and moves in us. We can't
lose!
Matthew 1
18Now the birth of Jesus Christ was on this wise: When as his
mother Mary was espoused to Joseph, before they came together, she
was found with child of the Holy Ghost.
19Then Joseph her husband, being a just man, and not willing to
make her a public example, was minded to put her away privily.
20But while he thought on these things, behold, the angel of the
LORD appeared unto him in a dream, saying, Joseph, thou son of
David, fear not to take unto thee Mary thy wife: for that which is
conceived in her is of the Holy Ghost.
21And she shall bring forth a son, and thou shalt call his name
JESUS: for he shall save his people from their sins.
22Now all this was done, that it might be fulfilled which was
spoken of the Lord by the prophet, saying,
23Behold, a virgin shall be with child, and shall bring forth a
son, and they shall call his name Emmanuel, which being interpreted
is, God with us.
24Then Joseph being raised from sleep did as the angel of the
Lord had bidden him, and took unto him his wife:
25And knew her not till she had brought forth her firstborn son:
and he called his name JESUS.
This is how Jesus came to the earth, By the way of the Incarnation.
This is how He bypassed getting any of Adam & Eve's genes. This is
how Jesus was able to live a sinless life. Jesus did not inherit
spiritual death. The Incarnation enabled Jesus to dome to the earth
and be born but not be born into spiritual death. It is by faith
that we accept this. At first someone's mind may have many thoughts
in wander of this. It is something that a person must accept by
faith. God said that this happened and so we believe this. The Holy
Spirit also confirms that this is so. This is the beginning of our
salvation. Jesus had to first come to the earth in order to save us!
Matthew 7
24Therefore whosoever heareth these sayings of mine, and doeth
them, I will liken him unto a wise man, which built his house upon a
rock:
25And the rain descended, and the floods came, and the winds
blew, and beat upon that house; and it fell not: for it was founded
upon a rock.
26And every one that heareth these sayings of mine, and doeth
them not, shall be likened unto a foolish man, which built his house
upon the sand:
27And the rain descended, and the floods came, and the winds
blew, and beat upon that house; and it fell: and great was the fall
of it.
We born again Christians have heard the Gospel of Jesus Christ we
mixed the message that we heard with faith. We all called on the
name of the Lord so we got saved. We built our house on the rock.
Jesus Christ is the Rock. Trials will come and go. Floods and wind
will come and pound on our house but our house remains standing for
our house is built on the Rock. Who is Jesus Christ. Those people
who are not saved have built their house upon the sand. When the
trials come and the floods and winds their house will fall. For
their house is not built on the Rock. These people are trying to
withstand the wiles of the devil on their own. They are no match for
the devil. They are owned by the devil. The devil could take them
out at anytime and sent them to hell, Unless someone is praying for
that person. This is why it is so important for us Christians to be
praying for the lost. It is good to be claiming the salvations of
people who are not saved To claim them for the Lord in Jesus Name.
We have the authority to do this. This will loosen the angels and
get them working in behave of these lost souls to bring someone to
witness to these people. The angels will bring it to these lost
people's mind to turn on the television lets say and listen to a
gospel program. Hear the Gospel of Jesus Christ and hear the
salvation message. The Holy Spirit will be at work convicting their
heart and giving them the urge to give their heart to the Lord, So
that they will call on the name of the Lord and get saved. Our
prayers are very important. Our prayers starts this whole process.
No one but Got other than yourself knows that you have done this.
God knows that you did and you will get rewarded in heaven.
Galatians 2
16Knowing that a man is not justified by the works of the law, but
by the faith of Jesus Christ, even we have believed in Jesus Christ,
that we might be justified by the faith of Christ, and not by the
works of the law: for by the works of the law shall no flesh be
justified.
We believe in Jesus Christ. We are saved by faith. We live by the
faith of Jesus Christ for we are in Christ. We are in Christ so we
are the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus. We are justified
because of what Jesus did. His work of substitution and
identification. When Jesus was made righteous after being made our
sin we were made righteous. Because we were identified with Jesus in
every phase of what Jesus did for us.
20I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but
Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I
live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself
for me.
The old person that we used to be is dead. That person was crucified
with Jesus Christ. That person died in Jesus and was buried with
Jesus. We are a brand new person created in Christ Jesus unto good
works. We have been born again. We have the life of God in us. We
have the faith of Jesus in us. We just need t develop what we
already have access to. We need to learn who we are no that we are
in Christ and what we now have since we are now in Christ. We can do
all things through Jesus Christ who strengthens us. The Holy Spirit
lives in us teaching us all things that pertain unto godliness. We
just need to take some time and learn just who we are now that we
are in Christ. We are a new creation from what we wee before. We
have been given another chance in life. Now we can do the right
thing for we don't have the old sinful nature anymore. That person
died in Christ. That person doesn't exist. We are a brand new person
born in Christ Jesus unto good works. We live by faith and not by
sight. We live by faith in Jesus who loved us and gave Himself for
us.

John 5
24Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that heareth my word, and
believeth on him that sent me, hath everlasting life, and shall not
come into condemnation; but is passed from death unto life.
25Verily, verily, I say unto you, The hour is coming, and now is,
when the dead shall hear the voice of the Son of God: and they that
hear shall live.
This is all of us. We have heard the Word of God and we believe on
the Heavenly Father who raised Jesus from the dead. We all have
eternal life. Eternal life is the life of God. People think of
eternal life as life after ones dies. This is certainly part of it
but eternal life means a whole lot more that this. Eternal life in
the Greek is Zoe it is the life of God. It pertains to the quality
of life. We got zoe eternal life in our spirit now. Jesus paid for
our salvation. Jesus took our condemnation and went to the pit of
hell in our place. This is why we do not have to. Someone had to pay
the price for our sins. Someone who had never sinned .Otherwise the
person would only be paying for their own sins. The only person who
could do this was God Himself. What a love is all I can say.
Staggers the mind! At least mine it does! For God to loves us so
much to go through all that He did. With no guarantee ahead of time
that anyone would even respond and get saved. All that Jesus went
through so you and I could live and not die. When Jesus was talking
everything was changing from life as people knew it. When talking
abut the dead Jesus was referring to people being spiritually dead.
This was everyone at that time. Jesus hadn't died on the cross yet.
As Jesus roamed the area preaching and teaching about the kingdom of
God. Faith arose in many people. Eyes were being open which once
were shut. People were seeing that Jesus was indeed the Christ.
People were hearing Jesus speak and faith arose in their hearts.
Then after Jesus died and rose again from the dead after the day of
Penecost life here on earth as not been the same. The old testament
saints were brought into heaven from Abraham's bosom. Some people
saw that graves were opened. Once the apostles were fill with the
Holy Spirit they were different men from what they were before. They
preached the Word of God. People who were spiritually dead heard the
Word of God. Some of these people believed and got saved. More
people heard who were spiritually dead the Word of God and they got
saved. More and more people heard God's Word and got saved. This is
what God's Word will do. This is why there was been such an all out
attack on the preaching of God's Word and on the Word of God in
general. The devil doesn't want for the Word of God to go forth.
This is why the devil tries to ban God's Word. This is why laws are
passed to prohibit the preaching of the Word of God in some
places. The devil knows what the Word of God will do. The devil
knows how powerful the Word of God is. The devil knows that once
someone hears the Word of God that the Holy Spirit will convict the
sinners hearts and whose sinners will get saved. The devil doesn't
want for this to happen. The best way to keep it from happening is
to not let the people hear the Word of God. Let the masses of people
hear anything else. Let them do whatever they want. Give them
prosperity to the helt then these people will be so consumed. In
maintaining their lifestyle that they won't see what spiritual state
that they are in Let them be happy thinking they have it all and are
in need of nothing. That way the devil can send that person to hell.
That's the goal to the devil. Is to sent as many people to hell as
he can. Keep the sinners blind and dumb as to what is going on. Keep
them satisified with life as they have it. Usually it takes a
catastrophy to get a person to start looking to someone else other
than themselves for the answers. This is how a lot of people get
saved. The devil knows that if a sinner hears the Word of God that
they will get saved. God Word will get people saved. The Holy Spirit
will convict people's heart once they hear the Word of God. The
Word of God produces faith in people. People hear the Word of God
and believe. Sinners hear the Word of God and they call upon the
name of the Lord and are saved. People get their needs met upon
hearing the Word of God. People get healed today by hearing the Word
of God. Faith grows and rises and before long people reach out to
God by faith and get healed. God never sleeps nor slumbers. God is
never asleep on the job. God is always right there. God is the same
yesterday and today and forever. What Jesus did when He walked the
earth He still does today. All anyone has to do is to ask Him and He
will. If you need healing just ask the Lord to heal you. Ask in the
name of Jesus and believe that He will heal you. Ask in faith and by
faith you will get healed. I'm not saying not to go see a doctor but
what I am saying in the meantime believe the Lord. Believe that the
Lord will heal you. Get in the Word and build up your faith in the
area of healing. Don't ask God to heal you if you really don't
believe that He will. Most likely God won't. It is not that He can't
but He wants to see some faith in us before He does. If you are in
need financially ask God in faith to bring in the finances and God
will, Once again if your faith level is not there to believe God to
do so. Then don't ask God to do so yet. Get in the Word of God
yourself. See what God has to say about finances. Build your faith
level up, When you get to the place where you feel comfortable to
ask God in faith believing that you will receive then ask God. Ask
in faith and you will receive. It is by faith that we live and walk.
Not by sight. For we walk by faith and not by sight.
