11.00 am Cutty Sark Gardens  (next to the foot tunnel entrance) Be on the first ride of 2012. Nothing like a bike ride on New Years Day to help you recover from over-indulgence the night before. We'll ride along the river path to Erith, then possibly a fantastic MacDonalds (or bring your own sustenance), before turning round and returning to Greenwich. About 25 miles round trip, flat and easy. But bring a spare tube and lights just in case. Suitable for all bikes and ages. Go on, you know you want to.
