      Hi Folks,

After disappearing from APRS sight over northern Canada over a week
ago, Leo's newest bird has reappeared S of Ireland and headed due E
towards completing its 2nd global circuit.

Gives one pause to wonder what it might take to bring these persistent
      floaters back to earth.

Persistent little guy stayed north of the 60th parallel, well out of
range of most of the APRS infrastructure in Canada.

Yellowknife once again missed the opportunity to gate packets with
their resurrected i-gate going offline just before the payload flew
overhead! You would think they are timing outages to coincide with
        fly-overs!

Hey guys, heads up... Two more payloads coming around again! You've
got about a week to get ready! :)
