      Hello,
      I believe I have found an error in one of the source files:
      http://www.govtrack.us/data/us/111/votes.all.index.xml

      Some of the voting records seem to have the wrong id. For example, look at the record for the recent house health care vote:
      <vote id="h1969-167" datetime="2010-03-21T23:37:00-04:00" where="house" roll="167" title="On Passage: H R 4872 Reconciliation Act of 2010" result="pass" counts="220-211" bill="h111-4872" bill_title="H.R. 4872: Health Care and Education Affordability Reconciliation Act of 2010"/>

      The id # starts with 1969, rather than 2010. When I look for the voting record in:
      http://www.govtrack.us/data/us/111/rolls/
      there is no h1969-167.xml file. There is a file named "h2010-167.xml" which has the voting details for that bill.

      Has anyone else come across this problem? Am I using the file id values incorrectly?

      Thanks,
      Greg.

        Hey, I'm sorry for ignoring your email directly to me --- I've been
        really busy and totally overwhelmed the last month.

        Also sorry for the bug in the file. I had recently transitioned from
        using Unix time format (seconds since Jan 1, 1969) to the human readable
        format so there were still some bugs left.

        Should be fixed now.
