The documentation from Motorola of the MC9S12DP256 explain that
by default 48 kO can be accessed directly without banked memory :

      $4000 to $7FFF (page $3E)
      $8000 to $BFFF (page ???)
      $C000 to $FFFF (page $3F)

The question is about $8000 to $BFFF
After a few test, it seems that $8000 to $BFFF used by default, at reset the
page $30, (on normal single chip mode).

The doc says that at reset, the PPAGE register value is 00 which correspond
      to an extern memory bank.

Could someone explain me the maping ot $30 at reset ?
Does the compiler generate code to program ppage to an other value ?

      Thanks.
