The Gnosis reveals that the impermanent, ephemeral risings and
fallings of the corporeal, material plane are temporal, not Eternal;
finite, not Infinite; illusory, not Real, and so false, not True.
This world is fallen, undivine-not Divine.
Mankind has fallen from Grace into this dense realm of illusions
because of an overidentification with this material plane and a
perspective born of the delusion of being separate. Humanity is
bound to this illusion because of the attachments formed by that
sense of the separate self as it generates energetic tethers in the
form of grasping wants, needs and desires.
"All attachment leads to suffering" ~Buddha
Humanity is bound to this temporal, undivine sphere as a result of
all the ways it grabs and clings onto the shifting illusions of this
world, and is held fast to the wheel of birth, suffering and death.
Lifetime after lifetime, the masses continue to suffer through age
after age, and are adhered to this fallen realm as a result of their
attachments to it.
When one has suffered enough and is done with the shifting tides of
this fallen life and yearns instead to return to Divinity and dwell
in the Kingdom not of this world, there must be a seeking of what is
True and a surrendering or a relinquishing of all that binds one to
the falsehoods of this illusion.
The word Nirvana means `snuffing out'.
Transcendence, or enlightenment, occurs when the sense of separate
self-that aspect that grasps and clings to the illusion-is dissolved.
The Path of Return has ever been the surrendering of the self and its
personal will, and the offering of one's vessel to serve as an
instrument for Divine Will-this is the ultimate purpose for and
meaning of life.
