Here's a ponderable for you all -- how often do you go back and re-read?  It's impossible to keep up with a 3-times-a-week strip otherwise.  I generally, at the end of the month, go back to the beginning of the month and do all those strips.  But as the end of the year is really boring at work, I've started back from the beginning.  And I mean, the BEGINNING.  It's amazing what I've forgotten.

So how often do you look back?

      Margaret

On a different note, will ANYBODY tell me whether Phil and Kaja are ever going to put Buck Godot and What's New back up online?  And when, if ever, is Buck Godot: The Gallimaufry coming out in TPB?

For both Girl Genius and other very long form comics, I'll generally
wait until I hit a past fact that I only vaguely remember (Sluggy
Freelance makes this easier, since he'll often post links back to older
strips that are relevant to the current one; for other comics I'll end
up having to do a random walk to find what I'm looking for, or go to
definitely before the bit I'm looking for and read forward).

Of course, once I'm in back issues reading forward, I'll often read more
than I'd originally intended, as long as it's interesting, I have time,
and I'm still getting solid refreshes on things I'd at best only
          half-remembered.
