Hi all and thanks for welcoming
Ralph, you asked about my Metta retreat. It was led by Sharon, Gina
Sharpe and Mark Coleman and was my first extended silent retreat (7 days). Being
there was great and when I say that I don't mean that every moment was peaceful
and loving! I got to watch my mind do it's thing, especially when I had to deal
with some sort of allergic reaction which caused my eyes to be extremely itchy
during the first few days of the retreat!
If you have any specific
questions about it let me know. I love being in silent retreat and am looking
forward to a women's retreat with Christina Feldman in December.

am currently committed to a daily loving kindness meditation for myself. This
came about after attending a meditation retreat at IMS with Jack Kornfield and
others this past June. I also attended the Metta retreat with Sharon Salzburg in
February. I would love to here the experiences of others who are doing this
