      Subject: [gensoft] Lineage link reports

I once used a program, I think it was Brother's Keeper, that could produce a

report showing the links between a single ancestor and a single descendant.

This was produced as a text file that could be imported into an e-mail or or

      news message.

Legacy does a similar report, but it has graphics and fancy formatting, and
can only be exported as a graphics file.

Is there any way of producing a text report in Legacy, other than printing
      it
out and then retyping it all?

Are there any other programs that can produce such reports?

Or will I have to reinstall Brothers Keeper 5 and GEDCOM my data across?

Someone on the newsgroup gave me the answer -- use the relationship
calculator (which doesn't appear in the reports menu, but under Tools, I
think). It has the option of text output, which can then be edited in a word
        processor.
