      I am seeking Harrod families in North Carolina.

      North Carolina, and James used to go and visit him, and there met

      History of James Harrod b. 1668, England

      James Harrod (or Harwood),
      was a soldier before he emigrated to Pennsylvania about 1722.
      He had served under John Churchill, Duke of Marlborough,
      in the war against Louis XIV of France.
      He was taken prisoner by the French,
      released.


      He immigrated to the New World in 1722.
      He died in Piscataway, Middlesex Co., New Jersey.
      He was married to Maria KENT.
      Maria KENT was born in 1670 in Oxford, Bedfordshire, England.
