      I don't know for sure what the "S" is for. I have seen both versions. His
      granddaughter did tell me it Swain, and she knew him personally I would be
      inclined to believe her.
      Mary Ann Pearsall was either the second or third wife of Henry. I don't
      remember which without looking it up.
