      census in Edgecombe. I also found a family of
      Phillipses in 1850 in Edgecombe and they are on the
      page with some Wootens. If you can give me some

      I can't find the father of Riley Phillips whose name was W.E. Phillips, Sr.
      who married Menda. They lived in Edgecombe County with Riley living in the
      Lower Town Creek Township in 1900.

      William E. Phillips Sr. born October 24, 1824 died August 22, 1874. His wife s name was Amanda Jones no dates for her. The Phillips cemetery is across from

        William E. Phillips Sr. born October 24, 1824 died August 22, 1874. His
        wife's name was Amanda Jones no dates for her. The Phillips cemetery is
        across from Triangle Service Station outside of Pinetops. Riley, Alice,
        there son Zeb are among the ones buried there.
