    About KSE 2011
    =======================

    KSE 2011 provides an open forum for intensive discussions and
    interchange of the latest advances in Knowledge and Systems
    Engineering research. The Third Conference on Knowledge and Systems
    Engineering invites submission of papers to its annual meeting to be
    held in Hanoi, Vietnam in October, 2011. Invited papers are of
    original and unpublished research on the indicated conference topics
    and related areas of application.
    This year, the conference is co-organized by Hanoi University, the
    University of Engineering and Technology, Vietnam National University,
    and the Faculty of IT, Hanoi University of Science and Technology.
    Hanoi, the capital of Vietnam, is a 1000 year old city famous for its
    sacred lakes, 36 ancient streets, and the old-world atmosphere of its
    French quarter. The four-day KSE’2011, conference will be held in this
    city, October 14-17, 2011. As part of the conference, The Second
    International Workshop on Empathic Computing (IWEC-11) will be
    organized at the same venue.

    Publication Details
