RE: [Genealogy Research Club] Another unpublicized thing about ancestry.com
- I work at ancestry.com.. i'm not sure if she was telling you the truth in trying to get you to stay on. They usually go back up after a few months.

Subject: [Genealogy Research Club] Another unpublicized thing about ancestry.com
Thought I would send this out to all the people and
groups that I know does genealogy or allows geneaogy
I called Ancestry.com to cancel my paid subscription
for the next few months as my time to do genealogy was
going to be nile anyway...and they reduced my world
deluxe subscription to $19.95 a month as opposed to
$39.95 a month, if I agreed to stay on. I asked them
when the prices would go back up to the regular price
if I did this...she said that this
indefinately...which tells me that this is a more
permant price change, not to change anytime soon. Just
a heads up! It might be worth your time to call them.
Rates near 39yr lows. $420,000 Loan for $1399/mo.
