      If you go to start - control panel - display When the display properties opens click on settings tab there should be a power botton on the lower half. Click

        If you go to start -> control panel -> display When the display
        properties opens click on settings tab there should be a power botton
        on the lower half. Click on it and it should show how to change the
        powersave options.
