- I am not an expert on searching for adoptive information--in fact,
only recently started. It seems like the laws and rules vary by
states, etc. You might just try searching the birthdate of your older
brother to see if anything comes up. It is possible he is looking for
you. There are some sites that search a variety of ways, even by agency.
I found a very good site listing many registries and other general
adoption and useful links.
I also found a lot of information and forums at http://www.adoption.com/
