In addition to those mentioned by Tormentor (how is Primal Codex BTW?), here are a few others:

      Bastion Press

Arms and Armor- soon to be updated to 3.5, this has many non magical weapons and armor that is GW useful.

Torn Asunder- want your combat to be bloody with damaged and lopped off limbs, this is the book for you. Has healing rules as well and a non-magical healer core class.

Pale Designs- OGC poisons from many sources and new ones. 4 or 5 poisoner PrCs that can fit well in GW.

Guildcraft- A different way of looking at Cryptic Alliances.

Into the Green (and Into the Black)- I would not suggest buying these just for GW, but both have many substances (minerals and such in the latter) and a few critters that are GWish.

      AEG

Wilds- until Monkeygod comes out with their huge biome books (Frost and Fur comes out soon), this is the book with environmental rules.

      Silverthorne

Book of Templates (Deluxe Edition)- massive pdf with amazingly useful templates and lots of rules to use them. For those that like furries (like dabbers and badders) the half-humanoid template is for you.

      Mad Kaiser Games

Toxicant- for those that want to use realistic poisons. This has only real poisons (inc chemical weapons) and they can be weak (nausia for d6 minutes) to downright lethal (6d10+ 2d6/minute for 2d4 hours). Also has rules for organ damage and new conditions (like 30 or 40).

      Derek

Brutorz Bill told me about Primal Codex a long time ago....it's
        excellent.

I pasted in the scant table of contents from the PDF, and then typed in
as much detail under each section as I had time for.

Hope it gives you an idea of the goodies in there. I ran out of time,
so I didn't get the animals and monsters keyed in. I didn't bother with
        magic either.

I have about half of those. But I have been very restrictive on the Book of Templates for the players. I do use several different books for equipment. Primal Codex impressed me. I full of plenty of little GM goodies, a few new races, genre specific feats, poisons, traps, diseases, and even rules/notes about executions.
