      Given the nature of this product, there was a rapid acceptance of a standard plug for all of the PHEV vehicles to use. But now the issue is whether there is a standard charging power -- Do you want to use 250 VAC, 125 VAC, 208 V Three Phase AC, or High Voltage DC? Will one plug work? Apparently not, and maybe mutliple connectors on the car will help. Also, you may need to keep a supply of pigtails to convert one connector to another. Boats have this issue with NEMA 15/20, 30, 50 and other connectors for shore power.
