Grind the following in a mixer / grinder

      1-2 cloves garlic
2 dried red chillies or red chilli powder 2 tea spoons
      ( http://www.suryamasale.com/redchilli.html )
      1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 spoon canola / olive oil
2 drops of dish washing liquid / coconut surfactant

After grinding dilute to 1 gallon with water, add 2 spoons vinegar (solution will bubble at this point - be careful - keep eyes away)

Now use this liquid in a sprayer and spray the underside and soil around the plants.

      Sincerely,

      André

you can also try gathering up some of the beetles, whiz them up in a
blender (or some sort of grinding machine - mortar and pestle?), dilute
and strain and spray. Seems like some insects don't like to be around
        their own dead.

Plus with this method if you have quite a few of them, more than likely, some will have a disease. Which will spread when you spray them and kill off more.
