Weston Price searched for cultures which were vegan and found none. You
might be fine for now, but your children and grandchildren may not be, if
you're children choose a vegan diet.
Weston Prices research revealed that the peoples he studied consumed on
average 4 times for minerals and 10 time more fat solouble vitamins than
their 'civilised' counterparts, and that was in the 1930's :)
Despite what some may say, you do not get sufficient Vit D & A from a vegan
diet, plus Methionine is often lacking, and of course theres the B12, etc.
