I, too, think that Fukuoka's methods could go a long
way towards helping solve some of the major problems
this planet is facing, but seedballs alone won't do
it. People will also have to change the way they think
about nature and behave towards it. In the end, that's
the only thing that will save us. Sowing a forest with
seedballs is only beneficial in the long run if the
local community uses it in a sustainable manner.
Getting that to happen is the big hurdle.

      [I'm quoting above from
      http://groups.yahoo.com/group/fukuoka_farming/message/3
by the initiater of this group. Seriality can overcome mere
seriality by meeting itself in a circle just as a cycle of nature
within this internet human-nature domain! Reclaiming the Internet is
perhaps a title. Revolutionising this part of the internet! Pun
intended - with credit to Michiyo's brilliantly brief quote many
posts ago that instead of (Darwinian) evolution it is Fukuoka and
Michiyo's revolution, but not the war type or the mechanical type.
Thus conquering the potential tyranny of the ego and of herstory or
history or 'story. Love to all! PS. this is intentionally playful.]
