I asked Helen and she said:

We have the book and just this week Robert found a translator. It is People
Living in Natural Farming, and the author is Yuka Arai. It was published in
2008 by Shizenshoku Tsushin Sha in Tokyo. Arai's intention was to cover the
Japanese islands from Hokkaido in the North to Kyushu in the South to
photograph and interview farmers who believed they were growing food plants
by natural farming methods. He collected a file of about 40 farmers, most of
whom made it into the final book.
