      Religion is one thing, trying to have more ecologically
      ""efficient"" agricultural methods is another. One can "believe"
      in this "efficiency", while not believing in god or in wathever
      any Master believes.

      This does not mean that Fukuoka-san's beliefs are wrong.
      The point is : whatever you might believe, your rice or maize
      or potatoes grows, don't they ?
