      That would be a blast...

My first thought is a "convert your favorite setting to Fudge" challenege - a chance to show how the mere selection of the right words for character traits can help capture a genre more than a system.  Everyone can work on one setting (like one of those Iron GM challenges) or can volunteer to work on several.

The Day of Fudge was a great event, and at Gen Con I ran 4 Fudge games
and even gave a seminar on the system. At all of these events I handed
out Fudge dice that Ann Dupuis so generously sent me, as well as CDs/USB
drives with Fudge materials that I created or that I was granted
      permission to distribute.

I still have 18 sets of Fudge dice and 17 CDs left after Gen Con. I have
been toying with the idea of arranging a local RPG convention, but I
wanted to hear what ideas others have for a cool Fudge event. What would
      you do to promote Fudge?

I have also thought of offering a "Fudge Kit" as a prize in a contest.
Something like 4 sets of dice, a copy of the 10th Anniversary Edition of
Fudge, and any materials that others would like to donate (electronic or
print). What would you include in such a kit? What would be a cool
contest with this kit as a prize?
