      The state Department of Natural Resources is threatening to hit the
      city of Madison with fines, claiming the city filled wetlands,
      illegally discharged stormwater and altered environmentally sensitive
      areas without permission.

      Of particular relevance to us is:

      "The six violations include dumping dirt and demolition material in a
      wetland near Commercial Avenue and Nakoosa Trail on the East Side,"

      I haven't yet figured out the exact location, but the intersection
      mentioned is near Starkweather Creek by Stoughton Road.

      Anyone who has more information please let me know (or post it on the
      FSC discussion list).
