      for hunting, not farming. Unless they raise crops and
      actually work the land they can not get a crop damage
      permit...Therefore they WOULD be pouching out of season. Do you see
      the differance that i`m talking about between
      ``farmers`` and ``hunters``??? (of couse if i was to buy land
      i`d look for somewhere more scenic than New
      Jersey?)....too many people. Personally i see nothing wrong with
      the crop damage permit as long as the meat gets used
      by the farmer or given to a needy
      family....otherwise it is a waste of one of god`s most beautiful
      creatures.
