Need Freedom Lawyers to Join us at Hospitality House Inc. in Maine
Lets repair the arrogance of the Court-When judges refuse to
acknowledge New laws they do not like. Or deny Access to the Courts
for peoplemaking Under $75,000 a year.
Dear Washington Post:
Adequate Access to Justice
It's a mockery that the country exclaiming to love justice seems
prejudiced against the underpaid. It denies access to Courts for
those who make under $75,000 a year. These are people who can not
afford an attorney.
On June 26th 2007 the American Civil Liberties Union will invade
Washington DC 100,000 residents from across the USA calling for the
right of accused, to have trails, to be restored. Charitable groups
serving the poor, as Hospitality House Inc of Maine asks: What about
the constitutional rights silently lost before 911? What happen to
America's founding theory of "equal justice for all?"
.Our Liberty is based upon every citizen even the weakest among us,
being able to bring cases in Our Courts.
If the underpaid are asserting their rights without benefit of a
lawyer, their case will be kicked out with no evidence being heard
upon. It will be summarily dismissed solely on filing
technicalities, long before a trial.
In Maine the legal case which has been filed deals with another
aspect of governmental abuse. But to do so the case must go through
the gauntlet, of technical barriers. Many States case-laws impose an
impossible burden, on those who file without a lawyer. Regular
citizen must be as proficient as a 7 year practicing lawyer. Not
just as good as a fallible just out of law school lawyer.
This is an impossible standard. Even consistently applying an
impossible standard, is Unfair! It results in Denial of Liberty.
