- Skywatchers and scientists,
There are many interesting new developments in
the quest for breakthrough physics and the
development of advanced propulsion technology.
I have posted two new items on my website dedicated
to Starship Engineering and Space Sciences.
You are invited to visit:
and look for links under the flaming "NEW" sign.
You will find the slides on Dr. Eric Davis' presentation
on wormholes and stargates.
Under this is a new paper by Evgeny Podkletnov and Giovanni Modanese
on new gravity modification experiments with unusual effects.
More papers are appearing on the hypothesis that gravitational
effects are caused by a pervasive zero-point field; some have
even resurrected new ideas of the aether concept. Podkletnov
and Modanese feel their results cannot be accounted for by
theoretical considerations derived from General Relativity Theory.
They state in their abstract:
"The observed phenomenon appears to be absolutely new and unprecedented in
the literature. It cannot be understood in the framework of general
relativity. A theory is proposed which combines a quantum gravity approach
with anomalous vacuum fluctuations."
The leading light in the theoretical research of the zero-point
energy behind such anomalous vacuum fluctuations has been
Dr. Hal Puthoff of the Institute for Advanced Studies in Austin,
Texas. Dr. Puthoff has reached out in this new direction to bring
attention to an alternative theory of gravitation and inertia
and has actively participated in NASA's Breakthrough Propulsion
Program. His theories may soon be vindicated by these ongoing
I have additional papers I have collected to put on this site
including theoretical research using Quarternions.
I am also considering establishing another website to publish exciting
news on the Astrobiology front since we seem to be on the
verge of the actual scientific discovery of life on another
