          Literatur atau referensi EHEDG banyak ditemukan di internet :-)
          Untuk multinational company biasanya sudah punya panduan dan standar masing-masing.
          Selain itu ada juga PAS (publicly available spesification) 220:2008, berisi
          prerequisite program untuk mengendalikan bahaya food safety. PAS disusun
          antara lain oleh global player in food industry :-) . PAS ini merupakan pelengkap
          dari standar ISO 22000.
          Coba di googling saja, Pak.

              Setuju dengan Mbak Lia, memang secara umum sudah dijelaskan dalam PAS 220. Hanya jika yang dimaksud Mas Irwan adalah dari teknis, nah ini yang agak sulit. Saya hanya punya hygienic design untuk panduan desain peralatan di industry pangan. Setau saya, karena hal ini berlaku umum, seharusnya bisa juga diterapkan di rumah sakit. Semoga berguna.

                Terima kasih bnyk atas feedbacknya. Setahu saya di PAS 220 hanya yg bersifat general , yg sy butuhkan memang teknis banget. Contoh seperti pengaturan kualitas udara di EHEDG utk tiap zoning diatur spesifikasi filter yg harus digunakan.
                Kalau ada punya yg lain mungkin ada yg bisa share. Di websitenya ada sih beberapa req...tp not free..he..he..
