      Have a query!
What methods are used to check for organic acids e.g.  citric, oxalic or malic in foods?

        Dear Pravendra,
Acidity in the food product can be as a result of a number of factors such as dissolved gases to other sources like lactic acid. It may give you an indication of the acid content but may not be useful to determine citric acid specifically.
        Regards,
        Anant
