    I) Accredited Course

    We are pleased to inform you that FoodCert India is the first body in India accredited by National Accreditation Board for Education and Training, Quality Council of India (www.qcin.org ) for the Two-Day course named in the subject matter.

    An increased emphasis of the Customers/Regulators on food safety issues the implementation of the food safety standards has become a necessity.

    II) About the Course

    This food hygiene training course shall provide training in the basic concepts of Good Hygiene/ Good Manufacturing Practices as per CODEX Guidelines on general principles of food hygiene (CAC/RCP1-1969, Rev 4.2003) as well as their application. It also includes case studies related to food processing industries keeping the concept of Food Chain in view.

                III) Target Group

    All the key personnel handling food production, working in catering, hospitality sector, storage & distribution and retailing of food and also food technologists, auditors, consultants etc.

    This is an opportunity for the organizations which are already certified or in the process of certification for HACCP/BRC/IFS/ISO 22000 to depute their personnel to have hand-on experience towards food safety/hygiene.

                IV) Benefits to the participants:

    The participants will be in a position to implement GHP/GMP as a pre-requisite program in a more practical way for any food safety management systems and also be in a position to guide others
