Group Description

This is a forum, where people that have fought their way through the legal system can help others by offering helpful advice without being libel for offering this advice. Getting help in civil and criminal cases is costly, and hard to obtain. If we can answer a simple question of law that we have experienced, and help someone in the process without them having to absorb costly fees, and know that our advice is merely "SUGGESTIONS" and not legal counsel that will come back and bite us in the form of a lawsuit, we can collectively work toward the good of the average citizen.

Specific areas of concern for feedback are:

1. Civil law
2. Criminal law
3. Constitutional rights
4. Mental health areas
5. Social Security issues
6. Employment law

The current hotbutton that we are working with is the

Anyone that has been wronged in the Naples Florida area by Law Enforcement Officers, or Judicial Misconduct, we want to hear about it. The Collier County Sheriff, Don Hunter has been incumbent for 20 years unchallenged. Collier County has built a reputation for ignoring basic rights such as "Miranda Warnings", "Illegal Search", and "Violation of Due Process" both by law enforcement, and at the judicial level. These people must be stopped.

We will attempt to collectively challenge the tactics, and try to obtain funding so that we can level the playing field and take the rich that are making living in Naples so difficult, and shutting down this selective paradise that they have built.

I hope that the feedback will be such that we can share it, and involve the Naples Daily News in exposing and changing the shape of this corrupt legal system.

If you would like to make a donation towards our legal funding in any amount, send your tax deductable check payable to:
